This Privacy Policy explains how Arknx (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Arknx Consumer and Arknx Vendor mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Apps”). Arknx is an all-in-one platform that connects users to urban services such as parking, food, grocery, pharmacy, and mobility, and connects merchants/partners who provide those services. By using the Apps, you agree to the practices described below.

- Authenticate you via one-time password (OTP) sign-in;
- Process bookings, orders, payments, refunds, and merchant payouts;
- Provide location-based features such as nearby services and navigation;
- Send transactional and service notifications;
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to provide the services:
- Merchants and service partners – to fulfil your bookings and orders (e.g., a parking operator or store);
- Payment processor (Razorpay) – to securely process payments and refunds;
- Communication providers (e.g., Twilio) – to deliver OTPs and notifications;
- Maps and infrastructure providers (Google) – for maps, hosting, push notifications (Firebase) and analytics;
- Legal and safety – when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, and data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, and disclosure.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at info@arknx.in. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
6. Permissions We Request
- Location – to find nearby services, navigate, and manage parking/deliveries;
- Camera (Vendor app) – to scan QR codes for vehicle entry/exit;
- Notifications – to send order, booking, and account updates.
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings; some features may not work without them.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Apps are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@arknx.in.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Apps.
